The sensitivity, minimum detectable dose of this TNFa antibody pair was determined using the Human TNFa ELISA kit (which contains the same antibodies) and was found to be <8pg/ml. This was determined by adding 3 standard deviations to the mean OD obtained when when the zero standard was assayed 40 times.
