Principle
Human LILRB1 ELISA Kit is based on standard sandwich enzyme-linked immune-sorbent assay technology. A monoclonal antibody from mouse specific for LILRB1 has been precoated onto 96-well plates. Standards(Expression system for standard: NS0, Immunogen sequence: G24-V461) and test samples are added to the wells, a biotinylated detection polyclonal antibody from goat specific for LILRB1 is added subsequently and then followed by washing with PBS or TBS buffer. Avidin-Biotin-Peroxidase Complex is added and unbound conjugates are washed away with PBS or TBS buffer. HRP substrate TMB are used to visualize HRP enzymatic reaction. TMB is catalyzed by HRP to produce a blue color product that changed into yellow after adding acidic stop solution. The density of yellow is proportional to the human LILRB1 amount of sample captured in plate.
Assay Procedure Step 1
Aliquot 0.1ml per well of the 20000pg/ml, 10000pg/ml, 5000pg/ml, 2500pg/ml, 1250pg/ml, 625pg/ml, 312pg/ml human LILRB1 standard solutions into the precoated 96-well plate. Add 0.1ml of the sample diluent buffer into the control well (Zero well). Add 0.1ml of each properly diluted sample of human cell culture supernatants, serum or plasma (heparin, EDTA, citrate) to each empty well. See "Sample Dilution Guideline" for details. We recommended that each human LILRB1 standard solution and each sample be measured in duplicate.
TMB Incubation Time
15-20
Preparation and Storage
Store at 4 degree C for 6 months, at -20 degree C for 12 months. Avoid multiple freeze-thaw cycles. (Shipped with wet ice.)
Related Product Information for LILRB1 elisa kit
Leukocyte immunoglobulin-like receptors (LILRs), also called CD85s, ILTs, or LIRs, are important mediators of immune activation and tolerance that contain tandem immunoglobulin (Ig)-like folds. LILRB1 is encoded within the leukocyte receptor complex on 19q13. 4, previously implicated to be a susceptibility region to systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE). LILRB1 binds to a wide range of major histocompatibility complex class I molecules (MHCIs) and transduces negative signals that can, for example, prevent killing of MHCI-expressing cells. LILRB1 transcription is correlated with surface protein expression on NK cells.

Product Notes
The Human LILRB1 lilrb1 (Catalog #AAA125843) is an ELISA Kit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The AAA125843 ELISA Kit recognizes Human LILRB1. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "LILRB1, ELISA Kit" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.Precautions
