MAFK; P18; NFE2U
Reactivity
Human
Synonyms
Transcription factor MafK (MAFK); N/A; Human Transcription factor MafK (MAFK) ELISA Kit; MAFK elisa kit

Reactivity
Human
Specificity
This assay has high sensitivity and excellent specificity for detection of MAFK. No significant cross-reactivity or interference between MAFK and analogues was observed. NOTE: Limited by current skills and knowledge, it is impossible for us to complete the cross-reactivity detection between MAFK and all the analogues, therefore, cross reaction may still exist in some cases.

Principle of the Assay: MAFK ELISA kit applies the competitive enzyme immunoassay technique utilizing a polyclonal anti-MAFK antibody and an MAFK-HRP conjugate. The assay sample and buffer are incubated together with MAFK-HRP conjugate in pre-coated plate for one hour. After the incubation period, the wells are decanted and washed five times. The wells are then incubated with a substrate for HRP enzyme. The product of the enzyme-substrate reaction forms a blue colored complex. Finally, a stop solution is added to stop the reaction, which will then turn the solution yellow. The intensity of color is measured spectrophotometrically at 450nm in a microplate reader. The intensity of the color is inversely proportional to the MAFK concentration since MAFK from samples and MAFK-HRP conjugate compete for the anti-MAFK antibody binding site. Since the number of sites is limited, as more sites are occupied by MAFK from the sample, fewer sites are left to bind MAFK-HRP conjugate. A standard curve is plotted relating the intensity of the color (O.D.) to the concentration of standards. The MAFK concentration in each sample is interpolated from this standard curve.

Intended Uses: This MAFK ELISA kit is a 1.5 hour solid-phase ELISA designed for the quantitative determination of Human MAFK. This ELISA kit for research use only, not for therapeutic or test applications!

Product Notes

The Human MAFK mafk (Catalog #AAA245254) is an ELISA Kit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The AAA245254 ELISA Kit recognizes Human MAFK. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "Transcription factor MafK (MAFK), ELISA Kit" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.
