It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized Placenta Growth Factor 2 in sterile 20mM acetic acid not less than 100 ug/ml, which can then be further diluted to other aqueous solutions.
Biological Activity
PlGF-2 human Recombinant can bind to immobilized rh-sFlt-1 (100ng/well) with a linear range at 0.310ng/ml.
Preparation and Storage
Lyophilized Placenta Growth Factor-2 although stable at room temperature for 3 weeks, should be stored desiccated below -18 degree C. Upon reconstitution PLGF2 should be stored at 4 degree C between 2-7 days and for future use below -18 degree C.Please prevent freeze-thaw cycles.
