Protein Construction
A DNA sequence encoding the human LRRC15 (NP_570843.2)(Met1-Gly538) was expressed with a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus.
Reconstitution
It is recommended that sterile water (400ul) be added to the vial to prepare a stock solution of 0.25mg/mL. Concentration is measured by UV.
Preparation and Storage
Samples are stable for twelve months from date of receipt at -20 degree C to -80 degree C. Store it under sterile conditions at -20 degree C to -80 degree C upon receipt. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted into smaller quantities for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
Related Product Information for LRRC15 recombinant protein
Background: LRRC15 (Leucine-Rich Repeat Containing 15) is a Protein Coding gene. 2 alternatively spliced human isoforms have been reported. The tumor antigen 15-leucine-rich repeat-containing membrane protein (LRRC15) is a transmembrane protein demonstrated to play important roles in cancer. LRRC15 is highly expressed in multiple solid tumor indications with limited normal tissue expression. It was expressed on stromal fibroblasts in many solid tumors (e.g., breast, head, and neck, lung, pancreatic) as well as directly on a subset of cancer cells of mesenchymal origin (e.g., sarcoma, melanoma, glioblastoma). The tumor antigen LRRC15, which is frequently overexpressed in multiple tumor types, as a repressor of cell death due to adenoviral p53.

Product Notes
The LRRC15 (Catalog #AAA258036) is a Recombinant Protein produced from HEK293 Cells and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The amino acid sequence is listed below: Met1-Gly53 8. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "LRRC15, Recombinant Protein" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.Precautions
