Mouse beta-Tubulin Monoclonal Antibody | anti-TUBB antibody
beta-Tubulin
WB (Western Blot)
(Western blot analysis of whole tissue or cell lysates using mouse mAb to beta-tubulin, AAA76724, dilution 1:10,000 in green: [1] protein standard (red), [2] adult rat brain, [3] adult mouse brain, [4] NIH-3T3 cells, [5] HEK293 cells, [6] HeLa cells, [7] SH-SY5Y cells. The strong clean band with apparent SDS-PAGE molecular weight of ~50kDa corresponds to the beta-tubulin proteins.)
IF (Immunofluorescence)
(Immunofluorescent analysis of HeLa cells stained with mouse mAb to beta-tubulin, AAA76724, dilution 1:5,000 in green, and costained with chicken pAb to the nucleic acid binding protein FOX2 in red. Blue is DAPI staining of nuclear DNA. AAA76724 antibody produces strong staining of microtubules in the cytoplasm, while the FOX2 antibody labels the nuclei of HeLa cells.)
This antibody was raised against tubulin purified from pig brain. Antibodies to beta-tubulin are widely used as loading controls in western blotting experiments as a standard by which the levels of other proteins may be measured.

Product Notes
The TUBB tubb (Catalog #AAA76724) is an Antibody produced from Mouse and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The beta-Tubulin reacts with Human, Mouse, Rat, Primate and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's beta-Tubulin can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, IF (Immunofluorescence), IHC (Immunohistochemistry), WB (Western Blot), ICC (Immunocytochemistry). Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the TUBB tubb for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "beta-Tubulin, Monoclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.Precautions
