Related Product Information for anti-CD142 antibody
CD142, also known as coagulation factor III, tissue thromboplastin, and tissue factor. It is a transmembrane glycoprotein, which enables cells to initiate the blood coagulation cascades, and Functional Application (FUNC)tions as the high-affinity receptor for the coagulation factor VII. The resulting complex provides a catalytic event that is responsible for initiation of the coagulation protease cascades by specific limited proteolysis. Unlike the other cofactors of these protease cascades, which circulate as nonFunctional Application (FUNC)tional precursors, this factor is a potent initiator that is fully Functional Application (FUNC)tional when expressed on cell surfaces. It is the only one factor in the coagulation pathway for which a congenital deficiency has not been described.

Product Notes
The CD142 f3 (Catalog #AAA129091) is an Antibody produced from Mouse and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The Anti-Hu CD142 Purified reacts with Human and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's CD142 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, IHC (Immunohistochemistry), ICC (Immunocytochemistry), WB (Western Blot), FCM/FACS (Flow Cytometry). Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the CD142 f3 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "CD142, Monoclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.Precautions
