Preparation and Storage
Store at 4 degree C or at -20 degree C if preferred. This product should be stored undiluted. Storage in frost-free freezers is not recommended. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing as this may denature the antibody. Should this product contain a precipitate we recommend microcentrifugation before use.
Related Product Information for anti-CD63 antibody
Mouse anti Rat CD63 antibody, clone AD1 specifically recognizes rat CD63, an intracellular type-III lysosomal glycoprotein and member of the tetraspanin (TM4SF) family, which is translocated to the cell surface upon activation of platelets, and therefore a potential indicator of platelet activation. Rat CD63 is expressed on mast cells, and studies using clone AD1, have shown that it is located near to FcER1. Mouse anti Rat CD63 antibody, clone AD1 partially inhibits IgE-mediated histamine release (Kitani et al. 1991).

Product Notes
The CD63 cd63 (Catalog #AAA49778) is an Antibody produced from Mouse and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. AAA Biotech's CD63 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, WB (Western Blot), IHC (Immunohistochemistry), IP (Immunoprecipitation), FCM/FACS (Flow Cytometry). Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the CD63 cd63 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "CD63, Monoclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.Precautions
