Performance
Five x 105 cultured Raji human tumor cells were washed and incubated 45 minutes on ice with 80 ul of anti-CD70/R-PE at a 1:50 dilution (10 ug/ml). Cells were washed three times, fixed and analyzed by FACS. Cells stained positive with a mean shift of 1.33 log10 fluorescent units when compared to a Mouse IgG1/PE negative control ( ) at a similar concentration. Binding was blocked when pre incubated 10 minutes with 20 ul of 0.5 mg/ml anti-CD70 antibody ( )
Production
Protein A purified antibody from tissue culture supernatant was conjugated to R-Phycoerythrin through a sulfo-ester linkage. Unconjugated antibody aPE were removed using size exclusion chromatography. Antibody conjugate is at 0.5 mg/ml with PE: Ab molar ratio of 1.21.
Immunogen
Human WM-1 (Waldenström’s macroglobulinemia) cell line

Information: Human CD70 is not present on resting lymphocytes. CD70 is expressed after activation on about 20% of T cells and on about 70% of B cells. CD70 is a ligand for CD27 and it is also a member of the tumor necrosis factor gene family. Antibody BU69 recognizes CD70 molecule of approximately 30 kd. Antibody BU69 inhibits T cell proliferation induced by dendritic cells.

Product Notes
The CD70 cd70 (Catalog #AAA78149) is an Antibody produced from Mouse and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. AAA Biotech's CD70 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, IHC (Immunohistochemistry), ICC (Immunocytochemistry), ELISA, FCM/FACS (Flow Cytometry). Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the CD70 cd70 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "CD70, Monoclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.Precautions
