Related Product Information for CDK1 recombinant antibody
Cyclin-dependent kinase 1 (CDK1) is a member of the Ser/Thr protein kinase family. CDK1 is a catalytic subunit of the highly conserved protein kinase complex known as M-phase promoting factor (MPF), which is essential for G1/S and G2/M phase transitions of eukaryotic cell cycle. Mitotic cyclins stably associate with this protein and function as regulatory subunits. The kinase activity of CKD1 is controlled by cyclin accumulation and destruction through the cell cycle. The phosphorylation and dephosphorylation of this protein also play important regulatory roles in cell cycle control [taken from NCBI Entrez Gene (Gene ID: 983)].

Product Notes

The CDK1 cdk1 (Catalog #AAA23826) is a Recombinant Antibody produced from Rabbit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The Rabbit anti-CDK1 Recombinant Monoclonal Antibody [BLR085G] reacts with Human, Mouse and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's CDK1 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Western Blot (WB), Immunoprecipitation (IP), Immunohistochemistry (IHC), Immunocytochemistry (ICC), Flow Cytometry (FC/FACS). WB: 1:1000 IP: 20 ul/mg lysate IHC: 1:100 to 1:500. Epitope retrieval with citrate buffer pH6.0 is recommended for FFPE tissue sections. ICC: 1:100 to 1:500. Epitope retrieval with citrate buffer pH6.0 is recommended for FFPE cell sections. FC/FACS: Fixed in 4% formaldehyde and permeabilized with 90% methanol. 1 ul per 1 x 10^6 cells. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the CDK1 cdk1 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "CDK1, Monoclonal Recombinant Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.
