The recombinant antibody was produced in HEK293 cells. It is a chimera of a mouse variable chain, obtained from mice immunized with the SARS COV2 RBD protein ,fused to human IgG1.
Reconstitution
A quick spin of the vial followed by reconstitution in distilled water to a concentration not less than 0.1 mg/mL. This solution can then be diluted into other buffers
