Related Product Information for anti-FoxP2 antibody
This gene encodes a member of the forkhead/winged-helix (FOX) family of transcription factors. It is expressed in fetal and adult brain as well as in several other organs such as the lung and gut. The protein product contains a FOX DNA-binding domain and a large polyglutamine tract and is an evolutionarily conserved transcription factor, which may bind directly to approximately 300 to 400 gene promoters in the human genome to regulate the expression of a variety of genes. This gene is required for proper development of speech and language regions of the brain during embryogenesis, and may be involved in a variety of biological pathways and cascades that mayultimately influence language development. Mutations in this gene cause speech-language disorder 1 (SPCH1), also known as autosomal dominant speech and language disorder with orofacial dyspraxia. Product Notes
The FoxP2 foxp2 (Catalog #AAA320076) is an Antibody produced from Mouse and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The FoxP2 Monoclonal Antibody reacts with Human and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's FoxP2 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, ELISA, WB (Western Blot). Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the FoxP2 foxp2 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "FoxP2, Monoclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.Precautions
