(MIMIT was immunoprecipitated from 1mg of Jurkat cells membrane fraction, blotted with M25103 of 10 ug. Western blot was performed from the immunopre-cipitate using M25103 at 1/1000 dilution. Anti-Mouse-IgG(HRP), specific to the non-reduced form of IgG, was used as secondary antibody at 1/10000 dilution. Lane 1: Jurkat cells membrane fraction. Related Product Information for anti-MIMIT antibody
NADH:ubiquinone oxidoreductase (complex I) catalyzes the transfer of electrons from NADH to ubiquinone (coenzyme Q) in the first step of the mitochondrial respiratory chain, resulting in the translocation of protons across the inner mitochondrial membrane. This gene encodes a complex I assembly factor. Mutations in this gene cause progressive encephalopathy resulting from mitochondrial complex I deficiency.

Product Notes

The MIMIT ndufaf2 (Catalog #AAA62378) is an Antibody produced from Mouse and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The MIMIT Mouse mAb reacts with Human and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's MIMIT can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, FCM/FACS (Flow Cytometry), IP (Immunoprecipitation), WB (Western Blot). Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the MIMIT ndufaf2 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "MIMIT, Monoclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.
