Related Product Information for anti-NDUFS1 antibody
The protein encoded by this gene belongs to the complex I 75 kDa subunit family. Mammalian complex I is composed of 45 different subunits. It locates at the mitochondrial inner membrane. This protein has NADH dehydrogenase activity and oxidoreductase activity. It transfers electrons from NADH to the respiratory chain. The immediate electron acceptor for the enzyme is believed to be ubiquinone. This protein is the largest subunit of complex I and it is a component of the iron-sulfur (IP) fragment of the enzyme. It may form part of the active site crevice where NADH is oxidized. Mutations in this gene are associated with complex I deficiency. Several transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been found for this gene.

Product Notes

The NDUFS1 ndufs1 (Catalog #AAA62451) is an Antibody produced from Mouse and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The NDUFS1 Mouse mAb reacts with Human and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's NDUFS1 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, FCM/FACS (Flow Cytometry), IP (Immunoprecipitation), WB (Western Blot). Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the NDUFS1 ndufs1 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "NDUFS1, Monoclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.
