Specificity
This MAb is an excellent marker for human cells in xenographic model research. It reacts specifically with human cells. It is a part of a new panel of reagents, which recognizes subcellular organelles or compartments of human cells. These markers may be useful in identification of these organelles in cells, tissues, and biochemical preparations. MAb 235-1 recognizes an antigen associated with the nuclei in human cells. It can be used to stain the nuclei in cell or tissue preparations and can be used as a nuclear marker in subcellular fractions. It produces a speckled pattern in normal and malignant cells and may be used to stain the nuclei of cells in fixed or frozen tissue sections. It can also be used with paraformaldehyde fixed frozen tissue or cell preparations.

Product Notes

The Nuclear Antigen (HNA) (Catalog #AAA62719) is an Antibody produced from Mouse and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The Human Nuclear Antigen (HNA) (Human Cell Marker) Mouse Monoclonal Antibody reacts with Human, Non-Human Primates. Does not react with Mouse, Rat and Chicken and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's Nuclear Antigen (HNA) can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, IF (Immunofluorescence), FCM/FACS (Flow Cytometry). Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the Nuclear Antigen (HNA) for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "Nuclear Antigen (HNA), Monoclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.
