ChIP (Chromatin Immunoprecipitation)
(RBPJ antibody (mAb) tested by ChIP. Chromatin IP was performed using chromatin of an Epstein-Barr virus infected lymphoblastoid cell line ( 2 x 10^6 cell eqivalents per ChIP) and RBPJ antibody or the equivalent amount of IgG negative control. Real time, quantitative PCR (RT-qPCR) was performed on DNA purified from each of the ChIP reactions using primer pairs for a positive and negative control region. Data are presented as Fold Enrichment of the ChIP antibody signal versus the negative control IgG.)
