WB (Western Blot)

(The cell lysates of HepG2 (40ug) were resolved by SDS-PAGE, transferred to PVDF membrane and probed with anti-human SNTA1 antibody (1:1000). Proteins were visualized using a goat anti-mouse secondary antibody conjugated to HRP and an ECL detection system.)

Related Product Information for anti-SNTA1 antibody
SNTA1 (Syntrophin alpha 1) is 505 amino acid protein. SNTA1 is adapter protein that binds to and probably organizes the subcellular localization of a variety of membrane proteins. It may link various receptors to the actin cytoskeleton and the extracellular matrix via the dystrophin glycoprotein complex. SNTA1 plays an important role in synapse formation and in the organization of UTRN and acetylcholine receptors at the neuromuscular synapse. Defects of SNTA1 are the cause of long QT syndrome type 12 (LQT12).

Product Notes

The SNTA1 snta1 (Catalog #AAA48121) is an Antibody produced from Mouse and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The SNTA1 antibody reacts with Human and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's SNTA1 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, IF (Immunofluorescence), ICC (Immunocytochemistry), FCM/FACS (Flow Cytometry), WB (Western Blot), ELISA. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the SNTA1 snta1 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "SNTA1, Monoclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.
