Related Product Information for anti-CD3E antibody
Mouse anti Human TCR gamma/delta, clone B1 recognizes TCR gamma/delta, a T cell receptor expressed by a small subset of T cells. In healthy individuals these TCR gamma/delta cells account for 1-10% of peripheral blood lymphocytes (Gomes et al. 2010).
TCR gamma/delta is composed of disulfide bonded gamma and delta chains that can bind directly to pathogen derived glycoprotein's or non-classical MHC molecules on tumor cells (Kuhns et al. 2006).
This clone B1 has been used as a blocking antibody in experiments to examine the recognition of tumor cells by TCR gamma/delta cells. These experiments supported the hypothesis that innate NK receptors on gamma/delta cells can also bind and recognize tumor cells (Correia et al. 2011).

Product Notes
The CD3E cd3e (Catalog #AAA50392) is an Antibody produced from Mouse and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The Mouse Anti Human TCR Gamma/Delta reacts with Human and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's TCR Gamma/Delta can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, FCM/FACS (Flow Cytometry), IHC (Immunohistochemistry). Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the CD3E cd3e for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "TCR Gamma/Delta, Monoclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.Precautions
