1mg/ml (varies by lot)
Applicable Applications for anti-XCR1 antibody
Invitro Assay, FCM/FACS (Flow Cytometry), IHC (Immunohistochemistry)
Immunogen
The original antibody was generated by immunizing B6.XCR1-lacZ mice every 3 weeks (4 times in succession) with 30 x 10^6 CD11c-enriched cells from C57BL/6 WT mice in combination with heat- inactivated B. pertussis.
Preparation and Storage
Store at 4 degree C for up to 3 months. For longer storage, aliquot and store at -20 degree C.

XCR1 expression determines Batf3-dependent lineage of dendritic cells with a special capacity to cross-present antigen. The paper studies the expression of XCR1 on CD8+ dendritic cells using antibody MARX10 and its role in antigen presentation.
This chimeric rabbit antibody was made using the variable domain sequences of the original Mouse IgG2b format for improved compatibility with existing reagents assays and techniques.

Product Notes

The XCR1 xcr1 (Catalog #AAA72351) is an Antibody and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The Anti-XCR1 [MARX10] reacts with Mouse, Rat and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's XCR1 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Invitro Assay, FCM/FACS (Flow Cytometry), IHC (Immunohistochemistry). Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the XCR1 xcr1 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "XCR1, Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.
