Molecular Characterization
hFc(Glu99-Ala330) P2RX7(Ser47-Val334)
Reconstitution
1) Before opening the tube cap, centrifuge the sample tube at 5000g for 3-5 min at room temperature to ensure the lyophilized sample to settle down at the bottom of the tube.
2) Dissolved lyophilized protein sample in sterile and low endotoxin water based on the recommended volume 37.45 ul
3) Alter adding sterile water, cover the lid and mix them by gently tapping the tube for 5-10 times. Note: Do not vortex or vigorously pipette sample.

Preparation and Storage
Store at -20°C to -80°C for 12 months in lyophilized form. After reconstitution, if not intended for use within a month, aliquot and store at -80°C (Avoid repeated freezing and thawing).
Related Product Information for hFc recombinant protein
Background: The product of this gene belongs to the family of purinoceptors for ATP. This receptor functions as a ligand-gated ion channel and is responsible for ATP-dependent lysis of macrophages through the formation of membrane pores permeable to large molecules. Activation of this nuclear receptor by ATP in the cytoplasm may be a mechanism by which cellular activity can be coupled to changes in gene expression. Multiple alternatively spliced variants have been identified, most of which fit nonsense-mediated decay (NMD) criteria. [provided by RefSeq, Jul 2010]

Product Notes
The hFc p2rx7 (Catalog #AAA11710) is a Recombinant Protein produced from HEK293 and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "P2RX7, Recombinant Protein" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.Precautions
