And then incubated with 5 ug/mL rabbit anti-ADORA2B Antibody (AAA126419) overnight at 4 degree C. DyLight488 Conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG was used as secondary antibody at 1:100 dilution and incubated for 30 minutes at 37 degree C. The section was counterstained with DAPI. WB (Western Blot)

(Figure 1. Western blot analysis of ADORA2B using anti-ADORA2B antibody (AAA126419).Electrophoresis was performed on a 5-20% SDS-PAGE gel at 70V (Stacking gel)/90V (Resolving gel) for 2-3 hours. The sample well of each lane was loaded with 30 ug of sample under reducing conditions.Lane 1: human HEK293 whole cell lysates,Lane 2: human U-87MG whole cell lysates. After electrophoresis, proteins were transferred to a nitrocellulose membrane at 150 mA for 50-90 minutes. Blocked the membrane with 5% non-fat milk/TBS for 1.5 hour at RT. The membrane was incubated with rabbit anti-ADORA2B antigen affinity purified polyclonal antibody (#AAA126419) at 0.5 ug/mL overnight at 4 degree C, then washed with TBS-0.1%Tween 3 times with 5 minutes each and probed with a goat anti-rabbit IgG-HRP secondary antibody at a dilution of 1:5000 for 1.5 hour at RT. The signal is developed using an Enhanced Chemiluminescent detection (ECL) kit with Tanon 5200 system. A specific band was detected for ADORA2B at approximately 41 kDa. The expected band size for ADORA2B is at 36 kDa.)

Related Product Information for anti-ADORA2B antibody
The adenosine A2B receptor, also known as ADORA2B, is a G-protein coupled adenosine receptor, and also denotes the human adenosine A2b receptor gene which encodes it. This gene encodes an adenosine receptor that is a member of the G protein-coupled receptor superfamily. This integral membrane protein stimulates adenylate cyclase activity in the presence of adenosine. This protein also interacts with netrin-1, which is involved in axon elongation. The gene is located near the Smith-Magenis syndrome region on chromosome 17.

Product Notes

The ADORA2B adora2b (Catalog #AAA126419) is an Antibody produced from Rabbit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The Anti-ADORA2B Antibody Picoband reacts with Human and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's ADORA2B can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, ELISA, FCM/FACS (Flow Cytometry), IF (Immunofluorescence), ICC (Immunocytochemistry), WB (Western Blot). Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the ADORA2B adora2b for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "ADORA2B, Polyclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.
