Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-ARID1B antibody AAA211294 (lot AAA211294-2) used for IP at 6 ug per reaction. ARID1B was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-ARID1B antibody AAA211294-1. For blotting immunoprecipitated ARID1B, AAA211294 was used at 1 ug/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 3 minutes.)
