(Figure 1. Western blot analysis of ATP1A2 using anti-ATP1A2 antibody (AAA127097).Electrophoresis was performed on a 5-20% SDS-PAGE gel at 70V (Stacking gel)/90V (Resolving gel) for 2-3 hours. The sample well of each lane was loaded with 30 ug of sample under reducing conditions.Lane 1: rat brain tissue lysates,(100 degree C boiled for 5 minutes)Lane 2: rat brain tissue lysates,(37 degree C incubated for 10 minutes)Lane 3: mouse brain tissue lysates,(100 degree C boiled for 5 minutes)Lane 4: mouse brain tissue lysates.(37 degree C incubated for 10 minutes)After electrophoresis, proteins were transferred to a nitrocellulose membrane at 150 mA for 50-90 minutes. Blocked the membrane with 5% non-fat milk/TBS for 1.5 hour at RT. The membrane was incubated with rabbit anti-ATP1A2 antigen affinity purified polyclonal antibody (#AAA127097) at 0.5ug/mL overnight at 4 degree C, then washed with TBS-0.1%Tween 3 times with 5 minutes each and probed with a goat anti-rabbit IgG-HRP secondary antibody at a dilution of 1:5000 for 1.5 hour at RT. The signal is developed using an Enhanced Chemiluminescent detection (ECL) kit with Tanon 5200 system. A specific band was detected for ATP1A2 at approximately 112 kDa. The expected band size for ATP1A2 is at 112 kDa.)

Product Notes

The ATP1A2 atp1a2 (Catalog #AAA127097) is an Antibody produced from Rabbit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The Anti-ATP1A2 Antibody Picoband reacts with Human, Mouse, Rat and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's ATP1A2 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, ELISA, IHC (Immunohistochemistry), WB (Western Blot). Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the ATP1A2 atp1a2 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "ATP1A2, Polyclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.
