Related Product Information for anti-CDC14A antibody
The protein encoded by this gene is a member of the dual specificity protein tyrosine phosphatase family. This protein is highly similar to Saccharomyces cerevisiae Cdc14, a protein tyrosine phosphatase involved in the exit of cell mitosis and initiation of DNA replication, which suggests the role in cell cycle control. This protein has been shown to interact with and dephosphorylates tumor suppressor protein p53, and is thought to regulate the function of p53. Alternative splice of this gene results in 3 transcript variants encoding distinct isoforms.

Product Notes

The CDC14A cdc14a (Catalog #AAA288431) is an Antibody produced from Rabbit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The Cdc14 Antibody reacts with Human, mouse and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's Cdc14 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, IHC (Immunohistochemistry), WB (Western Blot), ELISA, FCM/FACS (Flow Cytometry). Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the CDC14A cdc14a for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "Cdc14, Polyclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.
