Chicken CNP/CNPase Polyclonal Antibody | anti-CNP/CNPase antibody
CNP/CNPase
WB (Western Blot)
(Western blot analysis of spinal cord tissue lysates using chicken pAb to CNP, AAA76704, dilution 1:5,000, in red: [1] protein standard (red), [2] mouse, [3] rat, and [4] cow spinal cord. A doublet of bands at 46 and 48kDa correspond to isotypes of the CNP protein. The blot was simultaneously probed with mouse mAb to alpha-internexin in green. Major bands in the 64-66 kDa range corresponds to alpha-internexin.)
IF (Immunofluorescence)
(Immunofluorescent analysis of rat cerebellum section stained with chicken pAb to CNP, AAA76704, dilution 1:2,000 in green and costained with rabbit pAb to NF-H in red. Following transcardial perfusion of rat with 4% paraformaldehyde, brain was post fixed for 24 hours, cut to 45uM, and free-floating sections were stained with above antibodies.)
This antibody was made against the full length recombinant form of human CNP expressed in and purified from E coli, and the antibody can be used to identify myelinating cells in cell culture and in sections and to trace axonal projections in sectioned material.

Product Notes
The CNP/CNPase cnp (Catalog #AAA76704) is an Antibody produced from Chicken and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The CNP/CNPase reacts with Human, Mouse, Rat, Bovine, Porcine, Equine and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's CNP/CNPase can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, IF (Immunofluorescence), IHC (Immunohistochemistry), WB (Western Blot), ICC (Immunocytochemistry). Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the CNP/CNPase cnp for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "CNP/CNPase, Polyclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.Precautions
