Rabbit anti-Human FASN Polyclonal Antibody | anti-FASN antibody
FASN Antibody (Center)
WB~~1:1000
FCM (Flow Cytometry)
(FASN Antibody (Center) flow cytometric analysis of Hela cells (right histogram) compared to a negative control cell (left histogram).FITC-conjugated goat-anti-rabbit secondary antibodies were used for the analysis.)
IHC (Immunohistochemistry)
(FASN Antibody (Center) immunohistochemistry analysis in formalin fixed and paraffin embedded human placenta tissue followed by peroxidase conjugation of the secondary antibody and DAB staining. This data demonstrates the use of FASN Antibody (Center) for immunohistochemistry. Clinical relevance has not been evaluated.)
IF (Immunofluorescence)
(Confocal immunofluorescent analysis of FASN Antibody (Center) with Hela cell followed by Alexa Fluor 488-conjugated goat anti-rabbit lgG (green).DAPI was used to stain the cell nuclear (blue).)
WB (Western Blot)
(Western blot analysis of FASN (arrow) using rabbit polyclonal FASN Antibody (Center). 293 cell lysates (2 ug/lane) either nontransfected (Lane 1) or transiently transfected with the FASN gene (Lane 2) (Origene Technologies).)
WB (Western Blot)
(Western blot analysis of FASN Antibody (Center) in Ramos cell line lysates (35ug/lane).FASN (arrow) was detected using the purified Pab.)
IF (Immunofluorescence)
(Fluorescent confocal image of HepG2 cells stained with FASN (Center) antibody. HepG2 cells were fixed with 4% PFA (20 min), permeabilized with Triton X-100 (0.2%, 30 min). Cells were then incubated with AAA28651 FASN (Center) primary antibody (1:200, 2 h at room temperature). For secondary antibody, Alexa Fluor 488 conjugated donkey anti-rabbit antibody (green) was used (1:1000, 1h). Nuclei were counterstained with Hoechst 33342 (blue) (10 ug/ml, 5 min). Note the highly specific localization of the FASN mainly to the mainly to the cytoplasm, supported by Human Protein Atlas Data (http://www.proteinatlas.org/ENSG00000169710).)

Product Notes
The FASN fasn (Catalog #AAA28651) is an Antibody produced from Rabbit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The immunogen sequence is 942-973. The FASN Antibody (Center) reacts with Human and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's FASN can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Immunofluorescence (IF), ELISA (EIA), Western Blot (WB), Immunohistochemistry (IHC), Flow Cytometry (FC/FACS). IF~~1:10~50 WB~~1:1000. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the FASN fasn for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "FASN, Polyclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.Precautions
