WB (Western Blot)
(Detection of human FOX2/RBM9 by western blot. Samples: Whole cell lysate (10 ug) from U2OS, HEK293T, Hep-G2, HeLa, and GaMG cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibody: Affinity purified rabbit anti-RBM9 antibody (AAA23776 lot 4) used for WB at 0.1 ug/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 3 minutes.)
WB (Western Blot)
(Detection of human FOX2/RBM9 by western blot. Samples: Whole cell lysate (10 ug) from NIH 3T3, TCMK-1, CT26, and C6 cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibody: Affinity purified rabbit anti-RBM9 antibody AAA23776 (lot AAA23776-4) used for WB at 0.1 ug/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 3 minutes.)
IP (Immunoprecipitation)
(Detection of human FOX2/RBM9 by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (1.0 mg per IP reaction; 20% of IP loaded) from HEK293T cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-RBM9 antibody (AAA23776 lot 4) used for IP at 6 ug per reaction. RBM9 was also immunoprecipitated by a previous lot of this antibody (AAA23776 lot 3) and a second antibody to a different epitope of RBM9 (BL2440). For blotting immunoprecipitated RBM9, AAA23776 was used at 0.1 ug/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 1 second.)

WB: 1:2000-1:10,000 IP: 6ug/mg lysate IHC: 1:2000 to 1:10,000. Epitope retrieval with citrate buffer pH6.0 is recommended for FFPE tissue sections. FC/FACS: Fixed in 4% formaldehyde and permeabilized with 90% methanol. 0.25 ul per 1 x 10^6 cells. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the FOX2/RBM9 rbfox2 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "FOX2/RBM9, Polyclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.Precautions
