Related Product Information for anti-G3BP1 antibody
This gene encodes one of the DNA-unwinding enzymes which
prefers partially unwound 3'-tailed substrates and can also unwind
partial RNA/DNA and RNA/RNA duplexes in an ATP-dependent fashion.
This enzyme is a member of the heterogeneous nuclear RNA-binding
proteins and is also an element of the Ras signal transduction
pathway. It binds specifically to the Ras-GTPase-activating protein
by associating with its SH3 domain. Several alternatively spliced
transcript variants of this gene have been described, but the
full-length nature of some of these variants has not been
determined.

Product Notes

The G3BP1 g3bp1 (Catalog #AAA283835) is an Antibody produced from Rabbit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The immunogen sequence is 401-430. The G3BP1 Antibody (C-term) reacts with Human (Predicted Reactivity: Bovine, Mouse) and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's G3BP1 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, IHC (Immunohistochemistry), ELISA, WB (Western Blot). Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the G3BP1 g3bp1 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "G3BP1, Polyclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.
