Related Product Information for anti-HDAC1 antibody
HDAC1 (Histone Deacetylase 1) is a Protein Coding gene. Histone Deacetylase 1 protein encoded by this gene belongs to the histone deacetylase/acuc/apha family and is a component of the histone deacetylase complex. It also interacts with retinoblastoma tumor-suppressor protein and this complex is a key element in the control of cell proliferation and differentiation. HDAC1 is a ubiquitous deacetylase enzyme responsible for the deacetylation of lysine residues on the N-terminal part of the core histones (H2A, H2B, H3, and H4). Together with metastasis-associated protein-2, it deacetylates p53 and modulates its effect on cell growth and apoptosis. HDAC1 is widely expressed in the lymph node, colon, and other tissues. Diseases associated with HDAC1 include Atrichia With Papular Lesions and Retinoblastoma.

Product Notes

The HDAC1 hdac1 (Catalog #AAA254344) is an Antibody produced from Rabbit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The Anti-HDAC1 Antibody, Rabbit Polyclonal reacts with Human Predicted to React with: Mouse (Species predicted to react based on 100% sequence homology) and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's HDAC1 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, IF (Immunofluorescence), ICC (Immunocytochemistry), IHC (Immunohistochemistry). Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the HDAC1 hdac1 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "HDAC1, Polyclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.
