Application Data (Detection of Mouse anti Bovine CD86 in a flow cytometric analysis of bovine peripheral blood lymphocytes using Goat anti Mouse IgG:FITC (AAA12304))

Goat IgG Polyclonal Antibody | anti-IgG antibody

GOAT ANTI MOUSE IgG:FITC (RAT ADSORBED)

Applications
Flow Cytometry, Functional Assay
Synonyms
IgG; Polyclonal Antibody; GOAT ANTI MOUSE IgG:FITC (RAT ADSORBED); anti-IgG antibody
Ordering
For Research Use Only!
Host
Goat
Clonality
Polyclonal
Isotype
IgG
Specificity
This item recognises mouse IgG. The reagent has been adsorbed to minimise cross-reactivity with rat immunoglobulins and is therefore of particular value in detecting mouse primary antibodies bound to rat tissues. Goat IgG shows minimal binding to Fc receptors on rat tissue. We recommend diluting this product in buffer containing 10% normal rat serum to remove any residual cross-reactivity.
Form/Format
FITC
Purified IgG conjugated to Fluorescein Isothiocyanate Isomer 1 (FITC) - liquid
Concentration
IgG concentration 0.5 mg/ml (varies by lot)
Sequence Length
393
Applicable Applications for anti-IgG antibody
Flow cytometry (FC/FACS)
Application Notes
Flow Cytometry: Use 50ul of the suggested working dilution to label 106 cells in 100ul.
Flow Cytometry: Minimum Dilution: 1/50; Maximum Dilution: 1/200
Perservative Stabilisers
0.09% Sodium Azide
1% Bovine Serum Albumin
Immunogen
Mouse IgG
Buffer Solution
Antiserum Preparation
Antisera to mouse IgG were raised by repeated immunisation of goats with highly purified antigen. Purified IgG was prepared by affinity chromatography.
Target Species
Mouse
Preparation and Storage
Store at 4 degree C or at -20 degree C if preferred. This product should be stored undiluted. Storage in frost free freezers is not recommended. This product is photosensitive and should be protected from light. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing as this may denature the antibody. Should this product contain a precipitate we recommend microcentrifugation before use.
Shelf Life: 18 months from date of despatch.

Product Notes

The IgG ighg1 (Catalog #AAA12304) is an Antibody produced from Goat and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. AAA Biotech's IgG can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Flow cytometry (FC/FACS). Flow Cytometry: Use 50ul of the suggested working dilution to label 106 cells in 100ul. Flow Cytometry: Minimum Dilution: 1/50; Maximum Dilution: 1/200. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the IgG ighg1 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "IgG, Polyclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.
