Related Product Information for anti-MYH14 antibody
Function: Cellular myosin that appears to play a role in cytokinesis, cell shape, and specialized functions such as secretion and capping.
Subunit Structure: Myosin is a hexameric protein that consists of 2 heavy chain subunits (MHC), 2 alkali light chain subunits (MLC) and 2 regulatory light chain subunits (MLC-2).
Similarity: The rodlike tail sequence is highly repetitive, showing cycles of a 28-residue repeat pattern composed of 4 heptapeptides, characteristic for alpha-helical coiled coils. Belongs to the TRAFAC class myosin-kinesin ATPase superfamily. Myosin family.

Product Notes

The MYH14 myh14 (Catalog #AAA324860) is an Antibody produced from Rabbit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The MYH14 Antibody reacts with Human, Mouse and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's MYH14 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, ELISA, ICC (Immunocytochemistry), IF (Immunofluorescence), WB (Western Blot). Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the MYH14 myh14 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "MYH14, Polyclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.
