IF (Immunofluorescence)

(Immunofluorescence staining of MCF-7 cells with AAA81783 at 1:250,counter-stained with DAPI. The cells were fixed in 4% formaldehyde, permeabilized using 0.2% Triton X-100 and blocked in 10% normal Goat Serum. The cells were then incubated with the antibody overnight at 4 degree C.The secondary antibody was Alexa Fluor 488-congugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L).)

IHC (Immunohistochemisry)

(IHC image of AAA81783 diluted at 1:500 and staining in paraffin-embedded human lymph node tissue performed on a Leica BondTM system. After dewaxing and hydration, antigen retrieval was mediated by high pressure in a citrate buffer (pH 6.0). Section was blocked with 10% normal goat serum 30min at RT. Then primary antibody (1% BSA) was incubated at 4 degree C overnight. The primary is detected by a biotinylated secondary antibody and visualized using an HRP conjugated SP system.)

Product Notes

The NFKB1 nfkb1 (Catalog #AAA81783) is an Antibody produced from Rabbit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The Rabbit anti-human Nuclear factor NF-kappa-B p105 subunit 1 polyclonal Antibody reacts with Human and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's Nuclear factor NF-kappa-B p105 subunit 1 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, ChIP (Chromatin immunoprecipitation), IHC (Immunohistochemistry), WB (Western Blot), ELISA. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the NFKB1 nfkb1 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "Nuclear factor NF-kappa-B p105 subunit 1, Polyclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.
