Related Product Information for anti-TRAF1 antibody
TRAF1(TNF Receptor-Associated Factor 1), also called EBI6, is a protein that in humans is encoded by the TRAF1 gene. The protein encoded by this gene is a member of the TNF receptor(TNFR) associated factor(TRAF) protein family. Siemienski et al. (1997) used fluorescence in situ hybridization to map the TRAF1 gene to 9q33-q34. Mosialos et al. (1995) found that LMP1, the EBV-transforming protein, specifically associates with LAP1(TRAF3) or EBI6 in B lymphoblasts. LMP1 expression redirects LAP1 and EBI6 from scattered cytoplasmic structures to LMP1 plasma membrane patches. Both LAP1 and EBI6 associated with the cytoplasmic domain of p80/TNFR2 in vivo.

Product Notes

The TRAF1 traf1 (Catalog #AAA125606) is an Antibody produced from Rabbit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The Anti-TRAF1 Antibody reacts with Human and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's TRAF1 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, ELISA (Direct ELISA), FCM/FACS (Flow Cytometry), WB (Western Blot). Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the TRAF1 traf1 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "TRAF1, Polyclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.
