Related Product Information for anti-LYVE1 antibody
One of the key groups of molecules regulating leukocyte and tumour cell migration is the glycosaminoglycan hyaluronan (HA). In inflammation, the exit of leukocytes across vascular endothelium to the underlying tissues involves interactions with cell surface lectin-like receptors on the leukocytes that bind HA on the lumenal surface of the endothelium. During normal tissue homeostasis and after tissue injury, HA is mobilized from these sites through lymphatic vessels to the lymph nodes where it is degraded before entering the circulation for rapid uptake by the liver. Lymphatic vessel endothelial hyaluronan receptor (LYVE)-1 is a major receptor for HA on the lymph vessel wall. LYVE-1 is expressed primarily on lymphatic vessel endothelium and is likely to be involved in regulating the traffic of leucocytes and tumour cells to lymph nodes.

Product Notes

The LYVE1 lyve1 (Catalog #AAA284541) is an Antibody produced from Rabbit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The immunogen sequence is 46-77. The XLKD1 Antibody (N-term) reacts with Human, mouse and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's XLKD1 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, IHC (Immunohistochemistry), ELISA, WB (Western Blot). Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the LYVE1 lyve1 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "XLKD1, Polyclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.
