Reconstitution
1.Before opening the tube cap, centrifuge the sample tube at 5000g for 3-5min at room temperature to ensure the lyophilized sample to sttle down at the bottom of the tube.
2.Dissolved lyophilized protein sample in sterile water based on the recommended volume 55.99 uL.
3.After adding sterile water, cover the lid and mix them by gently tapping the tube for 5-10 times. Note: Do not vortex or vigorously pipette sample.

Preparation and Storage
Store at -20°C to -80°C for 12 months in lyophilized form. After reconstitution, if not intended for use within a month, aliquot and store at -80°C (Avoid repeated freezing and thawing). For long term storage, glycerol can be added to a final concentration of 50% and stored at -20°C.

Recombinant human RNASE4 protein with C-terminal human Fc tag
The protein encoded by this gene belongs to the pancreatic ribonuclease family. It plays an important role in mRNA cleavage and has marked specificity towards the 3' side of uridine nucleotides. Alternative splicing results in four transcript variants encoding the same protein. This gene and the gene that encodes angiogenin share promoters and 5' exons. Each gene splices to a unique downstream exon that contains its complete coding region. [provided by RefSeq, Aug 2013]

Product Notes
The RNASE4 rnase4 (Catalog #AAA47539) is a Recombinant Protein produced from HEK293 and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "RNASE4, Recombinant Protein" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.Precautions
