Principle of the Assay||This kit was based on sandwich enzyme-linked immune-sorbent assay technology. Anti-Human SEPT3 antibody was pre-coated onto 96-well plates. And the biotin conjugated anti-Human SEPT3 antibody was used as detection antibodies. The standards, test samples and biotin conjugated detection antibody were added to the wells subsequently, and wash with wash buffer. HRP-Streptavidin was added and unbound conjugates were washed away with wash buffer. TMB substrates were used to visualize HRP enzymatic reaction. TMB was catalyzed by HRP to produce a blue color product that changed into yellow after adding acidic stop solution. The density of yellow is proportional to the Human SEPT3 amount of sample captured in plate. Read the O.D. absorbance at 450nm in a microplate reader, and then the concentration of Human SEPT3 can be calculated.

Product Notes
The Human SEPT3 sept3 (Catalog #AAA101613) is an ELISA Kit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The AAA101613 ELISA Kit recognizes Human SEPT3. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "Neuronal-specific septin-3, ELISA Kit" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.Precautions
