Applicable Applications for anti-Delta-like 1 antibody
Flow Cytometry (FC)
Application Notes
FC: 10ul labels 1x10e6. T95G human Glioblastoma cell line.
Otimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Other applications not tested.

Flow Cytometry:
1. T98G cells. may be Fc-blocked with 1ug of human IgG/10e5 cells for 15 minutes at RT. Do not wash excess blocking IgG from this reaction.
2. After blocking, add 10ul of AAA14690 to <1x10e6 cells and incubated for 30 minutes at RT.
3. Wash the cells twice in Flow Cytometry Staining Buffer. Note that whole blood requires a RBC lysis step at this point using Flow Cytometry Human Lyse Buffer.
4. Resuspended the cells in Flow Cytometry Staining Buffer for final flow cytometric analysis. As a control for this analysis, cells in a separate tube should be treated with APC-labeled mouse IgG2B antibody. This procedure may need to be modified, depending upon the cell type and final utilization. Individual users may need to titrate to determine the optimal reagent amount for their specific use.

Related Product Information for anti-Delta-like 1 antibody
DLL1 is the human homolog of the Drosophila Notch ligand, Delta. It is a type I transmembrane protein with a DSL (Delta, Serrate, Jagged) domain followed by 8 EGF-like domains in its extracellular region and a short cytoplasmic region. Notch-DSL signaling plays an important role in the differentiation processes of many tissues.

Product Notes

The Delta-like 1 (Catalog #AAA14690) is an Antibody produced from Mouse and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The Mouse Anti-Delta-like 1 reacts with Human and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's Delta-like 1 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Flow Cytometry (FC). FC: 10ul labels 1x10e6. T95G human Glioblastoma cell line. Otimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Other applications not tested. Flow Cytometry: 1. T98G cells. may be Fc-blocked with 1ug of human IgG/10e5 cells for 15 minutes at RT. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the Delta-like 1 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "Delta-like 1, Monoclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.
