IHC: 1:100 to 1:500. Epitope retrieval with citrate buffer pH 6.0 is recommended for FFPE tissue sections. ICC: 1:100 to 1:500. Epitope retrieval with citrate buffer pH 6.0 is recommended for FFPE cell sections. FC/FACS: Fixed in 4% formaldehyde and permeabilized with 90% methanol. 1 ul per 1 x 10^6 cells. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the SMARCA2/BRM smarca2 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "SMARCA2/BRM, Monoclonal Recombinant Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage.
