Rabbit anti-Human DLL3 Polyclonal Antibody | anti-DLL3 antibody
DLL3, CT (DLL3, Delta-like protein 3, Drosophila Delta homolog 3) (APC)
Other applications not tested.
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
IF (Immunofluorescence)
(Immunofluorescent analysis of 4% paraformaldehyde-fixed, 0.1% Triton X-100 permeabilized U-2 OS (human osteosarcoma cell line) cells labeling DLL3 with (1:25), followed by Dylight 488- conjugated goat anti- rabbit IgG secondary antibody at (1:200) (green). Immunofluorescence image showing nucleus and weak cytoplasm staining on U-2 OScell line. Cytoplasmic actin is detected with Dylight 554 Phalloidin (1:100) (red).)
IHC (Immunohistochemistry)
(Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin embedded human testis tissue using performed on the Leica BOND RXm. Tissue was fixed with formaldehyde at Rt, antigen retrieval was by heat mediation with a EDTA buffer, pH 9.0. Samples were incubated (1:500) for 1 hours at RT. A undiluted biotinylated CRF Anti-Polyvalent HRP Polymer antibody was used as the secondary antibody.)

Tissue was fixed with formaldehyde at RT, antigen retrievalwas by heat heat mediation with a EDTA buffer, pH 9.0. Samples were incubated with (1:500) for 1 hours at RT. IF (Immunofluorescence)
(Confocal immunofluorescent analysis of DLL3 Antibody (C-term) with 293 cell followed by Alexa Fluor 488-conjugated goat anti-rabbit lgG (green). DAPI was used to stain the cell nuclear (blue).)
IHC (Immunohistochemistry)
(Formalin-fixed and paraffin-embedded human brain tissue reacted with DLL3 Antibody (C-term), which was peroxidase-conjugated to the secondary antibody, followed by DAB staining. This data demonstrates the use of this antibody for immunohistochemistry; clinical relevance has not been evaluated.)
WB (Western Blot)
(Western blot analysis of DLL3 Antibody (C-term) in A375 cell line lysates (35ug/lane). DLL3 (arrow) was detected using the purified Pab.)

Product Notes
The DLL3 dll3 (Catalog #AAA26850) is an Antibody produced from Rabbit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The DLL3, CT (DLL3, Delta-like protein 3, Drosophila Delta homolog 3) (APC) reacts with Human and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's DLL3 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Immunofluorescence (IF), FLISA, Immunohistochemistry (IHC), Western Blot (WB) Other applications not tested. IHC: Formalin fixed, paraffin embedded tissues. Heat induced antigen retrieval with EDTA Buffer, pH 9.0 is recommended. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the DLL3 dll3 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "DLL3, Polyclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.Precautions
