Related Product Information for anti-ATP5A1 antibody
Mitochondrial ATP synthases (ATPases) transduce the energy contained in membrane electrochemical proton gradients into the energy required for synthesis of high-energy phosphate bonds. ATPases contain two linked complexes: F1, the hydrophilic catalytic core; and F0, the membrane-embedded protein channel. F1 consists of three alpha chains and three beta chains, which are weakly homologous, as well as one gamma chain, one delta chain and one e chain. F0 consists of three subunits: a, b and c. The alpha chain of F1 is a regulatory subunit that contains 509 amino acids. Mitochondrial ATPase alpha chain (ATP5A) localizes to the mitochondria and catalyzes ATP synthesis.

Product Notes

The ATP5A1 atp5a1 (Catalog #AAA30323) is an Antibody produced from Rabbit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The ATP5A1 Antibody reacts with Human, Mouse, Rat and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's ATP5A1 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Western Blot (WB), Immunocytochemistry (ICC), Immunofluorescence (IF), Immunohistochemistry (IHC), Flow Cytometry (FC/FACS). WB: 1:1000-5000 IHC: 1:50-1:200 ICC: 1:100-1:500 FC/FACS: 1:50-1:100. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the ATP5A1 atp5a1 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "ATP5A1, Monoclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.
