Intended Use
This item is a sample diluent specially formulated for use with serum and plasma samples in antigen-down and sandwich ELISA formats. This item dilutes highly concentrated samples into the functional range of the assay, preventing overloading of the coating proteins. It also performs well as a protein diluent in standard curve preparation. The proprietary additives in a buffered BSA protein base minimize non-specific binding and inhibit clotting and interference caused by complement activity. An antimicrobial agent provides a solution free of bacterial contamination.
Instructions For Use
Dilute samples as required before addition to ELISA plate. Highly concentrated samples may need to be diluted 1:1000 or more.
Buffer Solution
Phosphate buffered saline
Preparation and Storage
Store at 4°C. DO NOT FREEZE. This product should be stored undiluted.

The ELISA PLASMA SAMPLE DILUENT (Catalog #AAA50657) is an Accessory Reagent and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. AAA Biotech's ELISA PLASMA SAMPLE DILUENT can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, ELISA. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the ELISA PLASMA SAMPLE DILUENT for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "ELISA PLASMA SAMPLE DILUENT, Accessory Reagent" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.Precautions
