Related Product Information for IL11RA blocking peptide
This a key synthetic peptide designed for use in combination with anti-IL11RA antibody (MBS3208224). It may block above mentioned antibody form binding to its target protein in WB and/or IHC under proper experimental settings. There is no guarantee for its use in other applications.
Target Description: Interleukin 11 is a stromal cell-derived cytokine that belongs to a family of pleiotropic and redundant cytokines that use the gp130 transducing subunit in their high affinity receptors. IL11RA is the IL-11 receptor, which is a member of the hematopoietic cytokine receptor family. This particular receptor is very similar to ciliary neurotrophic factor, since both contain an extracellular region with a 2-domain structure composed of an immunoglobulin-like domain and a cytokine receptor-like domain.Interleukin 11 is a stromal cell-derived cytokine that belongs to a family of pleiotropic and redundant cytokines that use the gp130 transducing subunit in their high affinity receptors. Alternative splicing has been observed at this locus and two variants, each encoding a distinct isoform, have been identified.

Product Notes
The IL11RA il11ra (Catalog #AAA201826) is a Blocking Peptide and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. AAA Biotech's IL11RA can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, WB (Western Blot). Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the IL11RA il11ra for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "IL11RA, Blocking Peptide" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.Precautions
