DNA sequence encoding Human CD5 including a C-hFc-Avi tag was expressed in HEK293 Cells.The recombinant protein was then biotinylated site specific using the AVItag biotinylation technology.

Endotoxin content was assayed using a LAL gel clot method. Endotoxin level was found to be less than 0.1 ng/ug (1EU/ug).

Centrifuge vial to ensure maximal product extraction, recommended: 20sec, 5K RPM
