Reconstitution
1. Before opening the tube cap, centrifuge the sample tube at 5000g for 3-5min at room temperature to ensure the lyophilized sample to settle down at the bottom of the tube.
2. Dissolved lyophilized protein sample in sterile water based on the recommended volume 14.37uL
3. After adding sterile water, cover the lid and mix them by gently tapping the tube for 5-10 times. Note: do not vortex or vigorously pipette sample.

Members of the glypican-related integral membrane proteoglycan family (GRIPS) contain a core protein anchored to the cytoplasmic membrane via a glycosyl phosphatidylinositol linkage. These proteins may play a role in the control of cell division and growth regulation. The protein encoded by this gene can bind to and inhibit the dipeptidyl peptidase activity of CD26, and it can induce apoptosis in certain cell types. Deletion mutations in this gene are associated with Simpson-Golabi-Behmel syndrome, also known as Simpson dysmorphia syndrome. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants.
