Serial diluted anti-DYKDDDDK monoclonal antibody solutions were added, washed, and incubated with secondary antibody before Elisa reading. From above data, the EC50 for anti-DYKDDDDK monoclonal antibody binding with TRPV6-Nanodisc is 6.111ng/ml.)
