• Source: DNA sequence encoding Human Hepatocyte Growth Factor Alpha chain uniprot P14210 [32-494] including a Cterm 6xHis tag was expressed in HEK293 cells.
• Endotoxin: Endotoxin content was assayed using a LAL gel clot method.; Endotoxin level was found to be less than 0.1 ng/ug(1EU/ug).
• Reconstitution: Centrifuge vial to ensure maximal product extraction, recommended: 20sec, 5K RPM; Follow by reconstitution in distilled water to a concentration not less than 0.1 mg/mL.; If further dilutions are required it is recommended to dilute product in the formulation buffer as given in the Presentation.
• Preparation and Storage: Store lyophilized product at room temperature for 3 weeks or at -20°C for 12 months; Store reconstituted product at 2-8°C for 3 weeks or ar -20°C for 12 months.; ; (*)For long term storage we recommend the addition of a carrier protein at 0.1%.; (*)Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
