Related Product Information for anti-B2M antibody
Mouse monoclonal antibody to Human Beta 2 MG, Protein G affinity purified. Human beta 2 microglobulin (B2MG) is a component of major histocompatibility complex 1 (MHC1). It is abundant at the surface of lymphocytes and exists at the surface of all cell types except red cells. B2MG is normally filtered out of blood through glomeruli, but the process is impaired in patients with renal diseases. Elevated B2MG level is implicated with lymphoma, multiple myeloma, renal diseases, viral infections and auto-immune conditions.

Product Notes
The B2M b2m (Catalog #AAA77915) is an Antibody produced from Mouse and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The mAb anti-Human Beta 2 Microglobulin reacts with Human. Others not tested and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's Beta 2 Microglobulin can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, WB (Western Blot), ELISA. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the B2M b2m for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "Beta 2 Microglobulin, Monoclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.Precautions
