Related Product Information for anti-c-Cbl antibody
Swiss-Prot Acc.P22681. The cbl oncogene was first identified as part of a transforming retrovirus which induces mouse pre-B and pro-B cell lymphomas. As an adaptor protein for receptor protein-tyrosine kinases, it positively regulates receptor protein-tyrosine kinase ubiquitination in a manner dependent upon its variant SH2 and RING finger domains. Ubiquitination of receptor protein-tyrosine kinases terminates signaling by marking active receptors for degradation.

Product Notes

The c-Cbl cbl (Catalog #AAA14105) is an Antibody produced from Mouse and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. AAA Biotech's c-Cbl can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Western Blot (WB), Immunoprecipitation (IP), Immunohistochemistry Paraffin (IHC-P), Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), Flow Cytometry. WB: 1:500-1:2000 IHC: 1:200-1:1000 ICC: 1:200-1:1000 FC: 1:200-1:400. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the c-Cbl cbl for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "c-Cbl, Monoclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.
