Reconstitution
1.- Before opening the tube cap. Centrifuge the sample tube at 5000 for 3-5 min at room temperature to ensure the lyophilized sample to settle down at the bottom of the tube.
2.- Dissolved lyophilized protein sample in sterile water based on the recommended volume__86.21_ul. 3.- After adding sterile water, cover the lid and mix them by gently tapping the tube for 5-10 times.

Note: Do not vortex or vigorously pipette sample.
Preparation and Storage
Store at -20 degree to -80 degree for 12 months in lyophilized form. After reconsituttion if not intended to use within a month, aliquot and store -80 degree. ( Avoid repeated freezing and thawing). Lyophilized proteins are shipped at ambient temperature.
