CD81 recombinant antibody
CD81 Antibody
Application Data
(Overlay histogram showing Jurkat cells stained with AAA235187 (red line) at 1:50. The cells were fixed with 70% Ethylalcohol (18h) and then permeabilized with 0.3% Triton X-100 for 2 min.The cells were then incubated in 1x PBS /10% normal goat serum to block non-specific protein-protein interactions followed by primary antibody for 1 h at 4 degree C.The secondary antibody used was FITC goat anti-rabbit IgG (H+L) at 1/200 dilution for 1 h at 4 degree C. Control antibody (green line) was used under the same conditions. Acquisition of >10, 000 events was performed.)
IHC (Immunohistochemisry)
(IHC image of AAA235187 diluted at 1:100 and staining in paraffin-embedded human testis tissue performed on a Leica BondTM system. After dewaxing and hydration, antigen retrieval was mediated by high pressure in a citrate buffer (pH 6.0). Section was blocked with 10% normal goat serum 30min at RT. Then primary antibody (1% BSA) was incubated at 4 degree C overnight. The primary is detected by a biotinylated secondary antibody and visualized using an HRP conjugated SP system.)

DNA sequence of the CD81 monoclonal antibody that was produced from the splenocytes generated by the human CD81 synthesized peptide immunization. The DNA sequence was cloned into the plasmid and then transfected into cell lines for in vitro expression. The product is the CD81 recombinant monoclonal antibody. It is a rabbit IgG antibody purified using the affinity-chromatography method. This CD81 antibody has been validated in ELISA, WB, IHC, and FC applications and reacts with the CD81 protein from human, mouse, and rat sources.
CD81 is an immune system regulator that regulates immunological synapse development, adhesion, motility, receptor clustering, and signaling, among other biological functions. CD81 forms a compound with CD19 and CD21 in B cells, lowering the activation threshold for B cell receptors. CD81 has been discovered as a component of the B lymphocyte receptor as well as a hepatitis C virus-host entry factor.

Product Notes
The CD81 cd81 (Catalog #AAA235187) is a Recombinant Antibody and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The CD81 Antibody reacts with Human, Mouse, Rat and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's CD81 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, FCM/FACS (Flow Cytometry), IHC (Immunohistochemistry), WB (Western Blot), ELISA. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the CD81 cd81 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "CD81, Monoclonal Recombinant Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.Precautions
